​​​​Above is our feature 40 foot fully screened very private balcony which leads from both the king bedrooms, it has for your comfort four reclining chairs and two side tables, here you can sit back relax and watch those amazing Florida sunsets.

Time for some family challenges, who is your pool champion? Try out our 8' classic slate bed American pool table or maybe Air Hockey is your favorite. What about bar football, are you the expert? Whatever your skills are, you will be sure to have hours of fun in our games room!

So you didn't get to the King rooms quick enough? Not to worry you can claim the downstairs Queen Bedroom. This has a 32" HD flat screen TV and its own en-suite bathroom.  It doesn't have the balcony but you can be first in the pool!

There is also a child's safety fence for you to use for peace of mind if you have younger members of the family

This is our Family room, we have a new feature leather sectional suite with chaise lounge section. We also have a 60 inch HD LED wall mounted TV

​Not to be out-done, there is a room for the boys - however, we can arrange any fittings for all four beds as required!

A Huge master bedroom must have a Huge en-suite, yes? This is exactly what you have. Here you will find a huge cubicle shower, large bath along with his and hers vanity units. There is a separate toilet cubicle and an enormous walk in closet!.

Who is going to lay claim to our huge master bedroom with a King size bed? We have also fitted a 40" HD flat screen TV so you can take in a movie or maybe watch one of the many American TV shows. We have French doors which lead you to our  feature private balcony.

You can see the extra large lanai with the sun completely covering it, making this an incredible sun trap.

Don't worry if you missed out on the 1st master, we have a 2nd King bedroom with a 32" HD flat screen TV and French doors which open onto the balcony.. 

The second master bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom.
